Control Nice CNA7-P series 7-axisarticulated arm measuring machine, measuring range from 1.8 m to 9 m, wider range, stability and accuracy are further improved, can be connected to the laser scanning head for non-contact scanning measurement. Laser fork and special software can also be selected for pipeline detection.

The Probe System

测头系统  

A. 硬测头

硬测头是标配测头,可以选配不同球径的测头.采点时需要测针*测球与零件保持接触然后按下测头上的触发按钮.在保证精度的前提下,测针的小测球直径是1mm,测针较大建议长度是100mm.

B.触发探头

触发测头在工件上施加小的测力即可进行测量。高精度、快速且使用舒适.接触工件即可自动测量*手动按键。触发测头可以使用多种不同长度和球径的测针

“浮动”探头和激光叉可快速互换，从一个探针配置切换到另一个，系统自动识别所用探针的类型和参数。

C.浮动测头

这是一个靠铝环上弹簧驱动的刚性机械测头，测量由接触触发.测力控制系统可避免在零件上施加不受控制的测

力，使精度和重复性提高. 控制环与测头分离以避*者的手温影响测量精度.
